Unreliable service: worst customer care support
I'm really unhappy with Simpli Namdharis' service. I signed up for daily milk and curd delivery, but I'm having problems. They keep taking my money, but I often don't get the stuff I ordered. They say it will be delayed, but it never arrives and refund the money. I've complained to the store and their special team, but nothing has changed. They should stop offering this service if they can't do it right. It's a big waste of time and trust. I can't trust them anymore, and I wouldn't tell my friends to use their service. Be careful with their unreliable service!
App is broken and the whole team is a fraud
I started using the app yesterday and it took me less than 24 hrs to realise the fraud. The app is broken. They have a chat option which does not work so you will be forced to talk to them on phone. They have hired people with extremely bad attitude. The reason for every problem is ‘technical issue’. They will not deliver products to you if you do not subscribe to their own brand and they push the customers to subscribe to their own brand. The refund process is painful and even wallet refund takes a day which is unheard of. DO NOT USE THIS.
