Worst of the apps
One of the worst apps I have ever seen. I mean HDFC main business is housing loans, that is what they started with and the or this app itself is horrible. Doesn’t get updated on time, any transaction reflects after a week, after making transaction remaining EMI count doesn’t go down, and worst is closing something in the app logs you out. Give me a tool for raising Bugs and I can give them 100s of it. Please improve you app. Giving two rating since they are giving some info, not up to date though.
Worst App and service
Indeed the App is itself a joke. HDFC tricking their customers by playing with them. You can not see the outstanding amount, but have to request bank for same by filling the lengthy form. HDFC purposefully not making available the option to repay / prepayment and forcing their customer to visit the branch. Many customers find difficulties to spare / waste a working day/time to visit the branch. And then the savings diverted until they find the time to visit the branch. Here the HDFC’s trick works.
Also the bank doesn’t care the customers health by not making this facility available online in COVID situation.
Post new update the app is not opening
Yesterday I have update your app and post that it’s not allow me to login it’s throwing error as “ no internet connection” even my internet is working super fine and also checked the setting of app for mobile internet permission which is also seems fine.
Please note before this update this app Woking fine and I have checked my loan repair this Monday itself
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
