Having sync issue for walking activity

The watch is good in almost all categories except for sync issue. I used to leave my mobile at home and would only wear the watch for walking. Recently, the activity is not getting synced into the app. The watch records everything fine but the activity is not getting synced into the app because of which i am unable to take the activity stats. If this software bug has been fixed, there is nothing else to complain about. I still like the device v much. Most part of the software also seems to be fine except for the most important activity sync.

We offer our sincere apology for the trouble. Please be informed that you can start any activity from your Helix smart Watch.

Post completion you have to sync your app and the Helix Smart Watch to transfer the activity data.

The data sync time depends on the amount of data that is to be synced from the watch to the app. For the first-time sync, it takes approximately 4-5 mins, It is suggested to sync the data at least once a day for a better experience.

Also, we would like to inform you that the activity that you have performed you have to sync with the app properly or every day before midnight.

Please make sure that the phone's Bluetooth, Internet, and Location of the device should always be enabled for the smooth functioning of the app.

Huge issues with data sync.

Only reason I bought this watch because it’s made in India and it’s from Titan but disappointing to see watch having all kinds of issues. Firstly, Huge issues with data sync. Despite following the long list of precautions mentioned, part of data just doesn’t sync sometimes. For example, some days watch syncs all data except sleep data. Some days sleep data doesn’t get recorded at all in watch despite wearing it through the night. When battery is low is indicated, u can’t synch it and once charged the previous data May or May not be synced. It’s so random and so weird. Not sure if it’s water proof either hence don’t know if I can wear it while washing my face. Pls don’t reply with copy paste reply giving sermons of precautions to be taken. I already mentioned that the watch has sync issues & issues in recording sleep despite taking all precautions.

Review after using for 3 days as well in rain

After using for the SMART WATCH simultaneously for 3days, i am here to write a review. This product is well packed and user manual is good and easy to understand. The premium compact display and great design. Its light weight and comfortable. Much better than other smartwatches and bands in this category in my opinion as well as in connectivity. You need to download helix smart app for that. Battery life is quite good. IP68 water resistance check done at last night only. Pretty accurate fitness, health and sleep monitoring. Heart rate monitor is closely correct. Sports mode is great. At Last the latest feature is that it comes with 10+ sports mode.
