Hindware Appliances Mobile App is for Hindware consumer appliances like
Water Purifier, Air Purifier, Air Coolers, Water Geysers & Kitchen Appliances.
Water Purifier & Air Purifier comes under the brand name of Moonbow and rest other appliances come with Hindware brand name.
This mobile app offers the services for both Smart (IoT based products) & non Smart products. Currently IoT feature is available with Water Purifier, Kitchen Chimney & Water Heater products. The main features of Hindware Appliances mobile app are

New customers have to complete the one time registration process. They can also do the registration using Facebook & Google. After registration they can login with their mobile number using ‘One Time Password (OTP).
Existing hindware customers (those who have already used the Hindware services) can use their primary mobile number for login directly using ‘One Time Password (OTP)’.
Customer can register their new products with simple process by scanning the QR code present on the product.
If your product don’t have the QRcode then product registration could be done using model details.
Controlling & Monitoring of IoT based Products
Customers can control their IoT based home appliances product with their mobile phone from anywhere using Hindware Appliances App if product is connected with the internet. The controlling features will vary depending on the product category.
Service Request Creation
In case of any issue or problem with the product, customer can directly create a service request from the app for both IoT & Non IoT based products which are registered with the app.
If any service request is registered through call then it will also reflect on the app.
Information of all Product Ranges
Customers can explore all the product ranges available with Hindware Appliances.
New Product launches & Offers
Customers can receive the details for any new product launches & offers through the notifications of mobile app.
No worry of losing the invoice of the products to claim warranty. You can upload the invoice through the mobile app and it will keep it.

Broken parts in commode
Recently we have bought 4 commodes (twilight model). After fixing two of them had problems with flushing. Registered complaint with Hindware. Technician who visited fixed one and for other commode, he said spare inside the flush tank is broken and said spares are not covered under warranty. He said only service is covered under warranty. It is fair to say that if the damage is outside. However, the problem is inside and the problem might have come from the factory or in the transport. I feel this should be covered under warranty.
The chimney installed just one month back has suddenly came down of its own due to defect in installation. The entire chimney rests on just two clamps without any support anywhere else. It can endanger your loved and dear one’s life. Now, the seller is refusing to replace the equipment saying that company is not agreeing to that. Lodged a complaint since long and waiting for the OEM to look into the issue.
Reason dropdown doesn’t load using follow up on issue
“Reason” dropdown doesn’t load with any values using “follow up” on service request hence cannot use follow up or escalate function to escalate on my service request and executive is not responding. It’s almost 4 days since I raised complaint. Pathetic response or service from Hindware.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
