Hindware Appliances Mobile App is for Hindware consumer appliances like

Water Purifier, Air Purifier, Air Coolers, Water Geysers & Kitchen Appliances.

Water Purifier & Air Purifier comes under the brand name of Moonbow and rest other appliances come with Hindware brand name.

This mobile app offers the services for both Smart (IoT based products) & non Smart products. Currently IoT feature is available with Water Purifier, Kitchen Chimney & Water Heater products. The main features of Hindware Appliances mobile app are

Customer Registration

New customers have to complete the one time registration process. They can also do the registration using Facebook & Google. After registration they can login with their mobile number using ‘One Time Password (OTP).

Existing hindware customers (those who have already used the Hindware services) can use their primary mobile number for login directly using ‘One Time Password (OTP)’.

Product Registration

Customer can register their new products with simple process by scanning the QR code present on the product.

If your product don’t have the QRcode then product registration could be done using model details.

Controlling & Monitoring of IoT based Products

Customers can control their IoT based home appliances product with their mobile phone from anywhere using Hindware Appliances App if product is connected with the internet. The controlling features will vary depending on the product category.

Service Request Creation

In case of any issue or problem with the product, customer can directly create a service request from the app for both IoT & Non IoT based products which are registered with the app.

If any service request is registered through call then it will also reflect on the app.

Information of all Product Ranges

Customers can explore all the product ranges available with Hindware Appliances.

New Product launches & Offers

Customers can receive the details for any new product launches & offers through the notifications of mobile app.

Documents Management

No worry of losing the invoice of the products to claim warranty. You can upload the invoice through the mobile app and it will keep it.

You can also download the product manuals directly from the mobile app.

App is okay - product and services are unavailable

App is decent to raise/track/escalate a service request. But the product itself is unreliable and so is the service (Vijayawada, Krishna, Andhra Pradeep). Have faced issues with kitchen appliances (Rosia hob and Lexia chimney) - hob and chimney within the warranty period itself. Installation experience is bad - delayed installation and unaligned installation of chimney to exhaust point. Auto clean feature is a gimmick and not useful. Have to opt for manual internal cleaning service to clean the chimney grease periodically. The door motor of the chimney stopped functioning after an year use, spare part is not available since few months - no solution until the part is available. The hob has issue with the flame by design. Overall wrong choice choosing these products.

Pathetic services

I purchased a Hindware Geyser last year in November 2022. It first stopped working in November 23. When I complained your technician came and told me that wired has burnt down and he reconnected the wired now after one month of usage in January again it stopped working.
It’s the second time in one year when your Geyser has stopped working this time. Also the technician is saying that the wires has burnt down and when he reconnected the wire this time it is not working properly, its taking more than an hour in getting the red light which generally takes 15-20 minutes..
I want my money back or replace this faulty product else I will make a formal complaint in consumer court.

Worst app as same as the worst service

I have Milano 4B purchased after a year glass broke and even after multiple requests and complaints no service provided though we are 70 KM away from hyd we agreed to pay even the travel charges but no response. After a wait of 5months we gave it for service in Gangaram hyderabad we got it repaired in 2 days but the glass broke in 4 days of usage now we had to give it back for replacement first they argued that it broke because of our fault and agreeing to replace it though the new glass is in warranty not sure when we get it back now. Worst and pathetic experience with Hindware.
