Hitachi ACs are not a good buy

I have been an ardent supporter of Hitachi air conditioners for over two decades. I have bought 7 ACs from this company in last five years. But lately their products are not quite upto the mark. Cooling is not good. ACs require huge maintainence. Service has been the worst I have seen from any company. Recently during lockdown I couldn’t get my AC serviced. Despite repeated requests and emails the company has not paid any heed to get my free service done. I am getting my Hospital extended And getting a new flat done. Will require 12 to 13 ACs. I know for sure, none of these will be from this degenerate company Hitachi. Request all not to buy their ACs, as you are going to regret it, like I am doing. Urge every one to buy Indian brands like Voltas or brands like O’general.

Poor App and Pathetic Customer Service

I have been facing an issue with one of their Split AC for over a year. There is a leakage which the Hitachi Service Vendor is not able to fix. Every time you raise a request from the app the vendor cancels the request from the back end saying customer not available. Even though the service engineer comes and looks at the problem. Just because they are not able to fix the problem they cancel request to show that they are productive.
I am regretting my purchase and will never buy a Hitachi product again. Also will tell all my family and friends never to buy a Hitachi.

Not able to register/ login

I am not able to register or login to the app. App has burn updated multiple times but this bug is not fixed which left the app useless. On top of that there is no other way to register complaints or request service.
I couldn’t wrap my head around the fact that someone is getting paid for creating this pathetic app.
