Firstly we can not amend or review our orders in the app. We have to call their number which is always not reachable. Then if we manage to stop the supply for few days we are still charged for the same . We have to keep a track and keep on checking the invoices or wallet. If we loose the track we end up paying for not consuming the milk.
We have to then literally fight for the refund. The standard answer is sir we are working to improve . I think they are on panch varshiya Yojana.
After their successful debut in Shark Tank instead of improving they are going downhill . I thought that with the expertise they will bring in quality service but alas it’s gone from bad to worst.

I have subscribed for this product more than month , challenges I experienced so far
1. You need to keep track of milk delivery and payment debits, you can blindly trust as they simply debit without having e2e check whether milk is delivered or not. You have to chase to support team for refund .
By chance if you miss the track then you end up with losing money.
2. At least once in week you have chase to support team for milk delivery
3. Application is not robust , if you want change address or edit the existing one is mot smooth
4. If you pause delivery for few days and resume, there is guarantee milk is not delivered on delivery day, you have contact support to get it resume.
5. I may not continue with Humpy as Local Dudhwala giving better service without high fundu app just through whatsapp.

I am not able to select date. When I am tapping on calendar to select a start date it taking me to the mobile’s Home Screen. I would say rather introducing entire new app, you could have introduced new features or enhanced old app. Calendar is the key feature of the app and it’s not working. How user will subscribe your service?
