SLEEP TRACKING AND SOUND RECOGNITION
Decibel’s sleep tracking and smart sound recognition help you understand your sleep environment and nighttime noise. While sleep tracking is active, the app can detect common sleep sounds such as snoring, coughing, talking, and other household or environmental noise that may affect sleep quality.
Each detected sound appears on a detailed sleep timeline, so you can see exactly when disruptions occurred and play back the related audio. This makes it easier to identify snoring patterns, sleep disturbances, and noise events that impact your rest.
All sleep sound recognition and audio analysis are performed entirely on your device using advanced on-device machine learning. Recordings stay private, are processed locally, and never leave your device.

With a subscription, you get access to an expanding set of professional Spectrum Analyzer features, advanced sound level weighting modes, and continued updates for compatibility with new devices and hardware. Subscriptions also include support for external microphones, unlimited saving and exporting of measurements, batch export tools, and audio and video exports with sound level overlays.
Payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or disable auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

Great app but disappointed

Am a huge fan of this app! But very disappointed from its recent update that took away the logarithmic scale which forces me to pay or subscribe to use it! You guys did it with FFT size, Window!(which I don’t use by the way) but I appreciate your hard work in creating such an app! But am quite disappointed to see what’s happening with the app. I request you to restore Logarithmic scale. Rest are not what I’m bothered about. I really hope you don’t take away the hearing test feature in the next update!

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I can assure you that basic features like the hearing test and the dB meter will be completely free forever. As for the other changes that were implemented, I really am sorry to hear that they've caused you such disappointment. However, in order to keep the app going and constantly update it, I must, from time to time, add some paid features.Since it seems that you are using more than the basic features of the app, it might be a good idea to upgrade to Pro and get unlimited access to all of the app's pro features. You could try the weekly subscription if you only need to access the pro features occasionally or the one-time purchase.Wish you all the best!

Thank you for your positive review. Dbc and dbz are not blocked. You can use them among with others. But you’ll see suggestion to switch to pro each time you switch to different weighting. I believe its a honest deal. Most of other apps do not provide such weightings at all. If they do so (i know only two) they ask money for that. But they works as you described. And my app - not. Anyone can download and test it. All weightings are abailable free of charge.
