The thought behind this app is necessary and I am glad it has been made. But here are few changes that can help this app grow.1. The woman at the beginning introducing to us seemed very out of place in terms of the interface. Maybe replacing it with an animated version with a voice over that goes with the theme will help improve the user experience. 2. The questions asked by the AI might be relevant to the context of India but might be inappropriate at the same time. Skin care is important for everyone irrespective of their marital status. It can I either be removed or at least the question can be moved to one of the last. Or this can be asked once during the interview process.

I bought Cureskin to help with my persistent acne, as the ads claimed it provided personalised solutions. After following the recommended regimens, my skin and acne worsened rather than improving. The products felt harsh on my skin, causing redness, burn, itching and irritation. When i reached out to customer support, all i received was generic responses and no meaningful support at all! They refused to issue a refund even though the products were clearly not working for me and they do not even disclose this on their application about their return policy!! The app interface is easy to use that you’ll end up buying the products BUT product recommendations didn’t match my skin type’s needs. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND CURESKIN TO ANYONE with sensitive skin. I swear you gonna regret after buying the products. They need to offer a more tailored solution and better customer support to justify the cost. A BIG NO TO CURESKIN!!!

I ordered a skincare package but a product was missing from a total of five. I reported it on the day it was delivered to me and I was asked for an unboxing video along with invoice and products received. I didn’t make an unboxing video because I had already opened it up so what’s the point of an unboxing video. But since i had the invoice and the four products I received . O sends it. Thrice. Yet everywhere o go, let it be via app or call they keep asking unboxing video as if it was totally necessary to make one. If it was that important o should have been mentioned or highlighted before i ordered. But no, I wasn’t given any such feedback and they told me I’m not receiving any positive feedback or no products have been sent to me because I am not sending the unboxing video.
