Disrespectful collection agents and rude behaviour

This is the second time I am receiving a call from your collection agents, due to some Reasons I was not able to submit my loan installment on time, everytime at last day of payment your agents just call and talk very disrespectfully like we are running away with your money, I'm also working as a Customer support executive somewhere but this is not the way to talk to someone who is even giving the amount every month, if a person don't wanted to submit the EMI then he will not receive your call but everytime I submit my EMI, I agree I submit it 4-5 days late because of salary issue also my loan amount is not in lakhs, only 7 thousands something left but your agents talk like we are running away with the money...... You should hire professional people for this work I talked to a girl name "Vidhya" she was very rude and disrespect and before her, last month I talk to someone her was also rude..... Then I complaint on customer care but still facing the same thing??? Are you hiring people from roadside?? You should understand people before giving them service otherwise close the company... I don't even want to give 1 start to this app because you are hiring roadside gundas and haftawala its total hafta wasooli type of attitude against RBI rules and regulations. Have to give a complaint letter to RBI. They think we dont know the Guidelines set by RBI for Banks and private online loan providers?That's it.

Total unethical and against RBI rules, Gundas hafta walas are running this App

This App and the people running this app are typical roadside Gundas or hafta walas. Its not even a week that I cannot repay the loan due to March Account and upcoming elections the salarys are late they start bombarding with threatening messages to my Family numbers through Wattsapp some Suraj claiming to be a field officer but under Truecaller coming as some Kajol will be coming to take the amount by cash since its been so long that I havent paid my loan and also will be service charging for late amount, its total hafta wasooli type of attitude against RBI rules and regulations. Have to give a complaint letter to RBI. They think we dont know the Guidelines set by RBI for Banks and private online loan providers? And also once the app has to be updated they have no option for changing your registered mobile number. To log in to the App you have to give your registered mobile to where you will be getting an OTP but in my case I am longer using that number and now cannot log in to the App and they have no alternative method for entering or changing the registered number. Overall this app is run by Gundas who dosent care about laws and guidelines and the App they created are full of flaws. Never take loan from this app I wouldnt have even given a 1 star 👎🏻

Beware of Kreditbee. They will torture you. They will ruin your credit. I took a loan of 15,000 INR from them and paid it off In time. Despite paying it off on time, they reported to CIBIL that it is 89 days overdue. I filed a dispute with CIBIL. CIBIL informed that only lender can correct it. I contacted Kreditbee. They never reply to emails. They do not give a straight answer over the phone. I followed up more than 50 times. Finally they replied that they will look into it but they never really did. After following up for another 8 months and complaining about their practices to the banking institutions with which Kreditbee partners, finally they agreed that the loan is paid off and they said they will send a request to CIBIL and other credit reporting agencies to make corrections. They asked me to wait 10-15 days for these changes to reflect on the credit report. It has been 14 months since their email. The account is still show that it is under dispute. Never trust these people. They will screw up your credit report forever. They are the worst kind of loan sharks. Beware. Stay away. I took time and detailed my experience. Hope this will stop people from taking loans from this unethical company.

My only last EMI is due and my grandma is in the hospital she had suffer from major brain stroke and only for 1 emi they are torturing me. I am not on a good condition but they continuously call us threat us they don’t know how to talk no females calls the men are very very rude they don’t know how to talk I don’t know they have their sister or mother at home. They talk like be my girlfriend all this stuff how i talk with them at this situation. Threatening like leggal team will visit pay till 4 or we will report to cibil.. i know my cibil i know how to take care i have also scared of my cibil that i will not get the loan but what I should do on this situation I can’t let go my grandma i have to help her nobody is there for her im the one who takes care.. plzz tell ur goons know how to talk with a girl atleast to have a good manner if i talk rude to them they start telling don’t play women card. Am i mad why would i do this.. all have some issues at their houses.. they don’t think that is could be with them also but no they just want to torture us.. plzz don’t buy a loan from this app.. if u have major issues take it from ur friends but don’t take it from here.. because it has large amount of emis for only 5 months..
