I have ordered with this app recently for 6 or 7 orders , but after 10 minutes of placing an order i will receive a call from customer care stating we dont have riders in your area. We are located in the heart of the city and if you dont have riders in this area , how you people are going to do service in other areas? We are located in 200meters away from mavoor road . Very pathetic service and no quality of service . They will cancel your order from their end itself . Will never recommend any one .0/10

I have ordered with this app recently for 6 or 7 orders , but after 10 minutes of placing an order i will receive a call from customer care stating we dont have riders in your area. We had a good experience with their service for over a year, handling 35–40 orders daily. Our customers are mainly senior citizens, many of whom face difficulties providing directions or coming down for deliveries.However, after the service shifted to the live model, we began facing several issues:Delivery personnel speak only the local language, and management has been unresponsive to our concerns.Daily delivery disruptions have caused considerable stress.Both customer support and delivery service quality have declined significantly.
