Not working properly

When i add video it is repeatedly attached same video i have to delete it and one by one added the video and edited then saved now gone and watch everything changed first clip is ok all others deleted and fourth or fifth is repeatedly showing very poor annoyingI was using power director just tried this one new but disappointed. Noise reduction is not their and when voice make it speed keep track same sound also not seen Lot of features not with this very much disappointed because of edited video have to be edit again and again

It said background can be edited but does nothing as such, I see their ‘?’ Icon after selecting a video and see multiple options but in reality it doesn’t show any of those menu options, they simply charged me 49bucks for free trail, how is this called free while charging me first of all and all this for nothing at all, these basic features are available for free elsewhere too, I don’t know why I just spent this amount for something I’ve not been given, makes no sense to me at all.
