Syncing problem

Hello. 1. When I try to open the app in another device to take an assessment after completing a course, it had not got updated or synced and I had to do the course from the beginning all again. Please look into the issue.2. The reason I had to switch to another device is in mobile the assessment questionnaire is not visible properly. Can’t even go to next question or read the question completely. May be compatibility issues. Please look into it.Thank you

Please look into this matter, but why the quiz is not properly opening and why it is not show the next button. The questionnaire is not working. I am unable to do the quiz. in fact, I’m not able to view the next question, the next question is not on display screen. The marks are also not visible. it is not show the score. So please take the solution. Look into this matter why it is not working. Even the certificate is unable to download just because of the quiz so that will be a huge loss for me only because we have to show the records to the higher authorities that we are doing Diksha App, but we are not able to do it and that too. Just because of you this app.This app has made my life miserable

The layout of the quiz and check ur understanding parts remain vertical and neither the questions nor the options are visible completely.. some content loads upto 75 % and freezes.. then you have to force ahut the app and start again to face the same situation again and again .. dev plzzz have a look into it … thanks
