Where do I start. Everything seems to be wrong about the app, shows wrong results, the winning amount is given to the loosing team, the bank verification is still pending after several days, the customer service never connects asking to wait in queue of 13 people but when I reaches 1 the chat ends before even starting, after waiting for 2 hours only to end the chat. They never reply to your mail and the funny thing is they say 24x7 customer support which isn’t there apparently. Oh and if it’s benefiting them then the work is very swift, like once you join you get a mail, you add amount very seamlessly but if you try to withdraw it then you’ll have to wait for days or even a chance of not getting it. So it feels like a fraudulent company to me, I really hope it isn’t and solve these issues ASAP.

No doubt VISION 11 is better compared to other platforms. Joining fees are less.BUT1. App crashes frequently.2. Last 5 min before match starts app will not load, you cannot edit team and can cause you loss all your money.3. Instant withdrawal is charged 10Rs. While other apps its free, normal withdrawal takes too much time compared to other apps.4. App clock won’t refresh itself, sometime match is going to start in 5 min but clock can show old time of an hour, so while making team deadline can pass. Don’t believe on clock, refreshing multiple time is required.5. The points earned by players in last few matches are not latest updates. Sometimes very old data and sometimes no data is given, while other apps are providing it correctly.6. If any change happens in lineups it won’t reflect here, you have check it on other apps, becoz vision 11 is not responsible for that as it mentioned in app.7. Fraud Company. 2 din se mera paisa dabakar baithe hai. Beware guys. Mene Sunday ko 2,00,000/- Rs Withdrawal kiye. 2 din ho gaye par in logo ne abhi tak mere account me paise nahi diye. Mujhe hospital ke kaam me emergency thi is liye maine withdraw kiye. Agar mera hi paisa emergency me mujhe hi kaam na aye to kya matlab??? Kal se me customer support me contact karne ki try kar raha hu. 2-2 ghante tak wait karna padta hai tab jake in logo ka reply ata hai, aur technical problem hai esa bahan bata dete hai. Chalo man bhi lete hai ki technical problem hota hai, par esa konsa problem ki aap 2 din me bhi solve na kar pao problem? Aur agar aap nahi kar pate 2 din me bhi problem solve to aap layal nahi ho aisi company chalane ke, bandh kar do. IPL me bad me promotion karna chahiye, pehle apni services and customer support me dhyan do. Tumhe koi haq nahi logo ka paisa aisa dabakar rakhne ka. Kaha se lau ab me itne paise??
