Max Hospital’s new mobile app for its Doctors, empowers them to manage their consultations (both video and in-hospital) and schedule more effectively. It also provides IPD workflows using which Doctors can manage their IPD visits with ease.
Max MyHealth Doctor app provides following features:
• In-hospital appointment: Doctors can manage their in-hospital appointments through the app easily. It helps doctors to manage their patient queues and appointment bookings easily. Doctors can view patient reports, summary of health issues, past prescriptions and write new prescription from the app itself. It also offers doctors
• Video consultation- Within the same app Doctors can also manage their video consultations. The new app offers a superior video consultation experience and also provides real-time support to both Doctors and patients. Doctors can view patient reports, summary of health issues, past prescriptions and write new prescription from the app itself.
• IPD management- This new app also provides Doctors the list of their patients admitted in IP so that they can efficiently plan their visits and consultations.
• Configurable features: Lot of features in the new app have been made configurable for Doctors. For example, enabling chat functionality with patients for video consultation, enabling/disabling video consultation case summary and support services.
• EMR integration: New app has integrated EMR into it which allows Doctors to write prescriptions using their mobile app
• Patient Health Records: Patient health records are available in the new app along with options of displaying Trends and Tables to analyse the patient health records easily and effectively.

In continuation of our efforts to improve the doctor app, we have released a new version of the doctor app. With the latest app you will now be able to:
1. View an AI based summary of your VC patients based on the responses they have provided during their pre-OPD Assessment.
- This is a first phase of our AI based assessments which will be followed by integration of summary into EP and rollout of this feature for In Hospital patients as well subsequent releases.
2. Access CPRS via the App for your IPD patients. This functionality will work even outside hospitals and when you are mobile.
- This functionality has been developed in collaboration with IT team and is being rolled out in phases. Soon this will be available across all units.
In addition to these features, we have also fixed two key issues:
1. Call patient using centralized phone number – This functionality was failing intermittently and to solve this we have moved to a new and better solution.
2. View discharge summary of your past IPD patients – Please note that this feature will only work for summaries available in HIS and where primary doctors are tagged.
