While all other apps like lendit, Fibe, Kreditbee got my data and sold it but Lending plate supported me continuously for 3 months with higher amounts to meet my medical expenses along with my daily expenses. I am really grateful to be a customer of such a good lending partner whose interest rates are nominal and really helps when needed.Thank You lending plate, you're the reason i am back on my foot again.Lets create this bond more stronger

My experience with this app has been extremely disappointing. My loan was approved, the eNACH mandate was completed successfully, the loan agreement was generated and signed, and I even received the ₹1 verification transaction. However, despite all the formalities being completed, the loan amount was never disbursed to my bank account. This was on the 31st July and while I write this review it’s the 3rd august. I contacted customer support multiple times and received inconsistent responses. Initially, I was repeatedly told that the amount would be credited within 24 hours. Later, I was informed that there was a third-party technical issue. To make matters worse, I was then asked to complete the eNACH process again, even though it had already been completed successfully.The most concerning part is that the loan agreement I received was marked “PAID” despite no funds ever being credited to my account. Even after repeatedly requesting the loan to be revoked and seeking written confirmation that it would not affect my CIBIL, I have been left waiting without a clear resolution. I have sent repeated email but no response to any of my emails. I hope the company improves its internal processes, communication, and customer support so that future customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

I have been using this app since 4-5 months and I am a loyal and honest customer. I take loan from them every month and I pay it before my due date and out of nowhere this month after paying the money before 3 days of my due date suddenly I couldn't able to get the loan again. I have no idea how many calls I did and how many emails that I have dropped. Everytime I got ntg but an automatic bot reply. These people charge like bonkers of almost 40% interest that too for what like 21-26 days, which is way too much. But still I have never complained and kept on paying them full amount and for being a loyal and an honest customer this is what I get in reply. That is why people shouldn't be this good. These people deserve the ones who never answer their calls or messages and never pay the loan. Worst and Pathetic. Would never recommend to anyone. I wish I can give 0 stars, not even zero they deserve negative.

The sudden increase in the repayment amount was not only unexpected but also highly unreasonable. Moreover, what truly astounded me was the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior exhibited by the representatives of Lendingkart.Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and understanding, they resorted to using pathetic language, hurling abuses towards my family members, and engaging in other forms of verbal harassment. Such behavior is not only unacceptable but also deeply troubling, especially coming from a financial institution that claims to provide assistance.Given my distressing encounter with Lendingkart, I wholeheartedly advise anyone considering borrowing money through their app to think twice. It's not worth subjecting yourself to the emotional distress and financial burden that may result from dealing with such an unscrupulous company.In conclusion, I urge individuals to explore alternative options and steer clear of Lendingkart for any financial assistance needs. Your peace of mind and dignity are far too valuable to compromise for the sake of a loan.
