Complaint against Refyne App - Unjustified Payment Demand and App Issue

I am writing to lodge a complaint against Refyne App for unethical and harassing behavior. I was a user of the app to avail advance salary during my employment. Upon resigning and receiving my full and final settlement, the app is now demanding an unwarranted payment of ₹2338. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through the app and via WhatsApp and phone calls, I am unable to login to the app as advised. I believe this to be an unjustified and illegal demand and request immediate investigation into the matter.

I’ve been using the Refyne app for the past year, and my experience has been really smooth. I’ve withdrawn money whenever I needed to, and it was credited immediately every time. No issues at all so far!

This is the worst ever app. Took a salary advance because it was from the company. For 90k they reported 2.5lakh in cibil as the sanctioned amount almost double the salary amount. How can the sanction amount be double the salary amount in a salary advance loan? Second i closed the loan got the noc and raised a dispute. They closed the dispute saying loan is active. I raised a second dispute more than 20 emails and nobody cares. Ive been literally going through so much because of this my bank loan is not getting processed.
