I have been making FD through stable money app from almost one and year by now. I am a gold member. It means I have invested more than 10 lakhs through app. One day I faced one issue which I reported to stable money. But did not receive any solution till date. Major issues faced - 1. RD opened with Suryoday bank through stable money. Money deducted from account on 1st but not appearing with Suryoday bank. Reported to stable money as well as concerned bank. No response from any one. Struggling from two months. 2. North East SF Bank merger Ed with SLICE SF Bank. I have opened FDs with North East Bank. I approached to SLICE SF bank to confirm my deposits. They replied neither my email is registered nor my mobile number is registered. Money got stuck there. Now their existence is only at Assam. How I go visit there. It is Stable money duty to help me but they have only excuses no solutions. 3. No exclusive RM available. Every time I have to narrate my complete grievance to new customer care but all in vein. 4. In Utkarsh bank, three of my FDs are not reflecting. I can reveal many other points but short of time. Simply I will say, stable money can’t help us at the time we are depositing money with these Small finance banks , what would be the fate at the time of maturity. Stable money is just concerned with commission they get at the time of commencement of deposit. There after, they simply say that they are intermediatry and my money is bank. So, brothers and sisters, stay away from these small finance banks and stable money app.

There is a wired thing that happens in Stable money. When we register for an account we do so with an email. The same is used for the KRA but then there is no way to update the email if you want. Even though you are ready to go through the entire process again. Apparently the facility itself is not available as of now, while the KRA sites mention that it is the broker partners who are supposed to do this. The second star is just for the fact that the customer support are still available (they are decent) and they do reply unlike the other places that release a bot onto you if you ask for help.Hope this is solved at the earliest. Till then m stuck with the investment cause bonds selling is not that easy. (Sellers market not that active I suppose).
