The app offered great rewards which were unique and exclusive . The product concept was amazing and outstanding . I loved the beautiful brand designs with gave an appealing look . There were many new features which make the app trendy and modern and better than others . The new email experience was also out of this world . Overall , the experience was just outstanding .
Ok at first, stops tracking few orders later

Great concept for cashback and order tracking. I have been also keeping track of what all shopping ONLY account I have put y flash email ID in, just in case. Moving on with the tracking, this app have some bugs through. It only tracks order which are sent by the same email address, for example; If A company u ordered from, send you the product via their courier service B, This app will track your order as sent by company A but will not show it as delivered as the delivery email will be sent by company B, and the tracking/cashback will only be credited after delivery, happened to me and I have to reach out to support for tracking. But I cant do this again and again if this continues.It also happened few times that I have not received email from some orders(for the same website). The email was received before and tracked. Sometimes, it happens that the order is not tracked. This is good concept if everything is working fine. Else, this wonnt survive much longer.

Started with a Bang but lost its Charm

When It was introduced, it started with a bang as 1 Coin = 1₹ which was great for an online shopper like me. Now after using it for many months they have slowly transitioned into useless coupons and somewhat useful offers for few users. Meaning no more coins for your shopping. I mean for a country like India where you can count on finger numbers of oine platform so a customer will make repetitive purchase from same platform. So no more Coins rewards no matter how many times you shop now its just coupons and useless deals. Since it would take a lot of effort to revert back, using Flash as just another email client now.

It’s such a unique app, I liked the way it works. And especially the reward system. Although it’s making me shop more (could be harmful to me 🥲) but I’m loving the shopping experience even more now. All my deliveries consolidated in one place. No need to check multiple apps. I wish they add how much money spent based on months for each app. That would be amazing to help with monthly budgeting.
