My emi due was on 3rd of every month and they auto debit the amount on 3rd and there’s only two emi left for me to pay to foreclose my loan and I paid the full amount to forclose the loan next day even there’s a mail from fatak showing that my payment was successful but there’s no NOC provided for foreclosing the loan and there’s one overdue shown in the app I tried to contact with their customer service but they’re saying the same thingAgain and again it’s very disappointing to experience this kind of behaviour fixed this one and update on the app. If there’s no clarification do I need to pay the amount again and again to your app this is very bad thing
