While the overall app is good, it is a web app ie its the website inside an app, which leads to inconsistent formatting and arrangement. You should create a native app and bring more details and function around the complaints. No tracking, not re-issuing the complaint as the JE close the tickets without contacting the complaint owner. This whole service lacks transparency and accountability. But appreciate the app service, step in the right direction.

It barely works when you need it most — constant crashes, login issues, and failed transactions. When the balance hits zero, power gets cut off immediately, yet the app refuses to load or process a recharge. Before this so-called “upgrade,” paying bills through Google Pay was smooth and instant. Now it’s unreliable and stressful.For an essential service, this level of instability is unacceptable. It feels like no proper testing or accountability went into building or maintaining it. Typical of many government-backed apps — poor execution, no optimization, and zero user consideration.

Try making a complaint for power cut in the latest version of the app. The developers have made it impossible to select Complaint Type by hiding it under the top menu band. Without selecting that you are not allowed to proceed with any of the other options for registering a complaint. Now UPPCL can claim it is so great that it gets no complaints.
