One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. It has been a month, and my suit still hasn’t been delivered. Now my order is being returned even though I never requested a return and received no call from the delivery person. How can you return an order without even contacting the customer?Customer support is completely unhelpful. Whenever I ask for assistance, I’m directed to one email address after another, with no actual solution. The app now says I’ll receive my refund only after they get the parcel back. Why should I keep waiting for my money when I neither received the order nor requested its return? My order was shipped through Shadowfax, and the delivery delays have been extremely frustrating. Please take responsibility for your delivery partners and resolve customers’ complaints. If you still choose to order, my advice is to choose cash on delivery. Don’t let the extra 5% discount persuade you to pay in advance. Based on my experience, that discount is simply not worth the stress of chasing your order and refund.A catalogue of suits and promotional offers means nothing without reliable delivery and proper customer service. This experience has been completely unacceptable and deserves a formal consumer complaint.

After struggling for 3 months finally I received my order not happy with material, it’s like ki ho Gaya kuch to bhej hi do duppta is in light orange colour useless for me . I place them order in August 1 week and from that order my struggle start with them, they send me dirty top and when I send them pic they said we will exchange it but not, after sending number of mails and messages finally they said select another set , I selected it and send them mail after 20 days they said this is not available so we are offering you a credit note I said instead of loosing my 4590 rs I have already paid them . I said please issue credit note they issued me and I selected this peach kurta set finally I received it today. I am writing this all because customer means zero from them , no one going to pick your call on customer care number they provided I lost my all hope it’s more then 3 months, number of mails , messages I send them no proper response from them , they spoiled my all festivals, please don’t buy anything from this site otherwise you face such a big problem and one thing in there app my order is showing before delivery delivered partially fulfilled . Highly disappointed byAachho and their entire team, please take only those orders who you timely deliver don’t waste someone very precious time.😖😖😖

I have placed an order on 27th jan for my wedding Shagun dresses which is in just one month so without going through the review and return policy I placed the order which was my first mistake but I received it on 2 days back after multiple calls to their delivery partners and customer executive support (which btw is a big headache and also Aachho team only raise the tickets but do not take any actions against this) I finally received the order on Wednesday 19th feb, but after trying and checking the product I immediately reached out to their customer support team they say they will issue the credit note and will take the return. Since then I have placed multiple mails and calls there is no sign of return pick up and neither they are taking calls. I have lost a big chunk of money in that neither I have left anything to put in the Shagun thali. This is so worst experience for me I have been crying since then as they have ruined the special even of my life, neither anyone from them is reaching me out. THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE of mine and I will take a legal action against them for sure.

I received a damaged dress, and despite repeatedly contacting customer support, I did not receive any proper response or resolution.What is even more shocking is the complete lack of communication. I had to keep following up myself, while the support team simply kept saying that the “specialized team” would get back to me. No clear timeline, no proper contact person, and no meaningful solution.I even shared all the required details and proof, yet instead of resolving the issue, I was left waiting. At one point, I was told that the order was already delivered, even though I had proof that it had only been dispatched the previous evening. This shows a serious lack of coordination and accuracy in handling customer orders.Customers should not have to chase a company repeatedly for a damaged product they paid for.The quality of customer service is extremely poor, communication is frustrating, and the way complaints are handled is unacceptable.Think twice before ordering. A beautiful website and good-looking products mean nothing if the company cannot take responsibility when something goes wrong.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Aachho. ⭐
