It would be nice to have ability to share products with other people via different platforms.
Not satisfied fraudulently
Recently I ordered 2 nackchains but paid only for 1 neckchain with buy 1 get 1 free offer and i also got studs earings free with my order, but today when i received my order, I opened it and in my parcel 3 packet with 3 items but 1 packet was totally empty which was 1 neckchain buy1get1 offer. I also tried to exchange or return the items but return/exchange not available after that I continuously call on customer support they was not connecting my call to customer service. I am totally disappointed this time. I never shop again on palmonas. Thanku for your ridiculous service 🙏
No customer service no option to track your order
Ah their customer service is terrible, they mentioned to connect under their support section on call or over the email and what good has it done to me other than an auto reply message
Called multiple times and no one received on whatsapp chat nothing other than the 1st automessage and same is the case with the mail. I have spent a good chunk can I please receive the service ? If its much then a refund?
