I liked the overall experience of browsing this app. There are plenty of stylish and practical products for different parts of the home. The sections are clearly organized, which makes finding things much easier. I especially enjoyed looking through the decor, kitchen, bedding, and gifting collections. Nice variety overall

I purchased bath mats from Vaaree, and although they were delivered on September 8, we used them for the first time only recently as we already had existing mats. Within the very first use, both mats started shedding excessive lint and loose threads. The shedding was so severe that the lint spread all over our home, making the mats completely unusable. I shared photos and videos clearly showing the issue.I contacted Vaaree requesting a return, but instead of addressing the actual quality issue, they simply stated that the 2-day return window had expired and offered ₹300 as wallet credit. However, even that wallet credit has not been credited to my account so far. The issue is not about compensation — I simply want Vaaree to acknowledge the defective quality and take the products back.Very disappointing experience. A genuine quality issue should be handled properly instead of being dismissed based on a short return window, especially when the defect became evident only after the product was actually used. Honestly, it feels like a complete waste of money buying such products from Vaaree.

There appears to be no reliable way to contact a representative for assistance through your application, leaving me with no resolution for a missing item.This has been a very poor customer experience. I would like a refund for the undelivered plant immediately, and I hope you will address the significant gap in your customer service.

I ordered a painting through this app, and it has been over two weeks, but I still haven’t received it. To make matters worse, the order has been marked as delivered in the app even though it was never delivered to me.I’ve tried multiple times to contact customer support, but the app only connects me to an AI chatbot, with no option to speak to a human representative. This has been extremely frustrating, and there has been no resolution to my issue.This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I expect an immediate investigation into my order and either a proper delivery or a full refund.
