We opted for Coox for a small get-together of 12 guests, and the experience was honestly fantastic. Chef Manisha arrived with her co-chef right on time, and we had chosen a menu with 2 starters, 2 main courses, jeera rice, naan, and dessert and every single dish turned out absolutely delicious.Everything was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. You could really tell they knew what they were doing. Also, a special mention for their professionalism. They cleaned every utensil they used and even wiped down the kitchen platform before leaving, which we truly appreciated.I’d suggest not going by random online reviews. Our experience was top-notch from start to finish. We’ll definitely be booking Coox again for future events and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free, high-quality home dining experience.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. They charge you for a “pro chef” but send someone with barely 2 years of experience who could not even prepare the selected dishes properly.The chef was extremely rude and unprofessional. The biryani was nowhere close to what one would expect — it looked more like khichadi. When we raised our concerns, instead of addressing them professionally, she bluntly told us, “Check my rating.” That attitude says a lot about the level of accountability and customer service.To make matters worse, their customer care team repeatedly disconnected calls without providing any proper resolution. Despite charging an exorbitant amount, the staff failed to complete the agreed dishes and unnecessarily created a situation where we were dragged to the police station while additional money was being demanded.I have also been unable to upload the relevant images here, which would have further demonstrated the poor quality of the food and service.Overall, an absolutely terrible experience. Strongly not recommended. If you want your event to be handled professionally, please look elsewhere — this service has the potential to turn a special occasion into a complete mockery
