Nice apps but have few UI flaws

It is a nice app and i donot find any bug, but there are few UI flaws like 1. Open al carta menu, the cross x button got overlapped with battery and hence user is not able to close it in a single click. 2. When you ask your user to rate their respective workspace, the feedback form got hidden in the phone keyboard interface and hence user cant see what he is writing and can only be seen when user minimize the keyboard

Mixed feedback

Initially I had a great experience. But as is the case with most startups, once things break it all goes wrong. The app is great I think, the service not so much. I was denied entry into a co-workspace. After some heated arguments with the management of that space, they allowed me to enter the coworking space but essentially gave me a desk at the cafeteria and borderline misbehaved with me. What was my fault I never quite understood. There are no customer care numbers listed on the app so I raised a ticket which simply said we’ll call you back. I never received a call, and the best part? They closed my ticket and now the app shows I never raised a support ticket at all! Absolutely brilliant I must say.

Kudos to the team at MyHQ. Put your customer in a difficult situation and when the customer asks for help simply walk away like it never happened.

Ah - anyways wish this team all the very best. Hope you guys succeed. I unfortunately won’t be a part of that journey.

What a waste

Recently quit my job to become a freelancer. Booked a cowork via this app and was all excited to start my first day. Reached the address provided by them. To my surprise, security guards didn’t know about this app. They won’t let me enter despite prior booking. After lots of struggle, they allowed me enter but won’t let me park my car inside. They asked me to park car at some random roadside place. Finally when I reached their designated place, it was all empty. Just a few security guys there who had no clue about this app. When I called their customer care, no body picked up the call.

Anyways, ended up wasting my morning and worse, lost excitement of first day of work. Received callback from their customer support hours late who said will come back with a resolution. Days have passed and no one has come back yet.

Stay away from this road side startup who has no clue about customer pain.
