Of late the Noise Audio app is plagued with persistent connectivity issues that severely limit its functionality. Despite the earbuds being properly connected to the phone via Bluetooth, the app often fails to recognize them, remaining stuck on the "disconnected" or "Reconnecting" mode on screen. As a result, no mode changes or customization can be made through the app.Additionally, the firmware update process seems broken — there’s absolutely no progress even after hours of attempting an update. A major overhaul is needed to improve stability and performance.

I’m not able to update the firmware in ios, the update button appears only after scrolling and scrolls up again, and hence not able to tap on the button. Facing connectivity issue with the app. Request Noise team to connect
