I have been very picky when it comes to selecting a product for my skin type due to the skin conditions I had (allergies to be precise) I am glad that chose Hyphen to be my first skin care brand. I had never used a serum or any products that had active ingredients and my skincare routine was very minimal + wasn’t that consistent as well. But since the day I got my hands on Hyphen I have been consistent to my surprise. I had purchased their combo pack that included moisturizer, cleanser, serum and sunscreen. And I really love the results! so I decided to explore their new category. I am counting on for the products to turn out well! Honestly, I shall say their products are up to the mark, and you definitely do see results in max four weeks. Your skin looks healthy, little plum when you apply and vibrant with the regular use of their serum, especially the basic one. And of course their sunscreen is top notch, anyone looking for a product that would actually show results. They should definitely go for Hyphen!

I really enjoy using skincare from Hyphen. The most commendable thing about the brand is their ability to receive feedback and work on them. They are constantly reformulating their products and the products do deliver! Also, their branding is top notch. It makes you feel that you are using premium products and not using something that’s bland and boring. Hope they introduce skincare infused makeup like skin tints, balmy blushes and tinted lip butter which gives “your skin but better!” results just like rhode did! Way to go team Hyphen!

They don’t deserve even one star. Such a scam. I had placed an order and made a pre-payment, but in the app it kept showing the status as “Unfulfilled.” After waiting for two days, I contacted customer support and was told that the products were out of stock. They couldn’t even confirm when or how I’d get my refund, only saying they would “keep me posted.”Later, I emailed them again, and they said an agent would contact me on WhatsApp to resolve the issue. They asked me to confirm my phone number, which I did multiple times, but they keep repeating the same question instead of actually helping.It has been such a hassle and an extremely frustrating experience. I’ve completely lost trust in this app and their customer service. Prepaid customers should not be treated like this. Please fix your order management and support system. I need my product delivered or at least my refund.

I genuinely liked this product — the quality, texture, and overall presentation are really impressive. It clearly shows that effort has been put into making it. However, I do feel that the quantity provided doesn’t justify the price. For the amount we pay, the quantity is quite limited, which makes it difficult to repurchase regularly despite how good the product actually is.If the brand could increase the quantity or slightly adjust the pricing, it would definitely offer better value for money and attract more loyal customers. I truly hope this feedback is taken positively because the product itself deserves appreciation — it just needs a little balance between price and quantity to make it perfect.
