App is good, smooth & easy to use. A lot lot better than earlier one.But one thing I observed is still not all buses are being shown. A week back I saw a 335 at bus arriving stop while it was never shown in the app.

My favourite feature is the Live buses roundabout your location. It gives you such a splendid Birds Eye view of all the buses that are coming that are going and coming from around where you are so that you can get ready and hurry to the nearest bus station. Hats off to the developers.

Waste of tickets after buying a pass
21 Oct
BMTC uses
The conductor also needs to scan the monthly pass, which takes some time. After scanning, he gives us a ticket, even though we already have a valid monthly pass. That ticket is basically wasted. We are also told to keep the ticket and show it to the checking officer if required. If we already have a valid monthly pass, what is the purpose of purchasing the pass if we still have to take a ticket for every journey? This creates unnecessary paper waste and also takes extra time for both passengers and conductors. Please consider a system where passengers with a valid monthly pass do not need to take an additional ticket after the pass is scanned.
