Worst app ever

This is the most ridiculous app i have seen to upload the docs!
It does everything except letting me file the claim, who send a meditation reminder at 2 am in the morning.
Claim process should be easy, fast and without any issues and this app is everything which it should not be.

Very good experience in opting Hello Doctor service but there seems to be one issue that I faced.

I purchased the Family floater policy and got it registered with the same phone number as during policy registration but when with the same application my husband tried to connect the Doctor service, we are asked to do the registration again which is not properly clear and a double effort.

If a family floater policy is purchased then all the members should connect the Hello Doctor service through the same number instead of doing registration again .

Mobile app and customer support team needs to improve

ICICI Lombard is one Company which does not communicate any details with their customer. I have been trying to process my claim for over 2 months now, every time I get a excuse the documents are missing or you submitted extra documents. I can understand if you do not want to process the claim, at least stop giving stupid excuses.

Coming to the app, one of the worst apps there is in the Insurance market. Can’t upload documents, tried doing it again and again the app crashes every now and then. Finally did it in the 5th attempt, but the app is showing a status of unknown. How can you add a status as unknown? Is it even possible it has to be processing, approved, etc. it can’t be unknown.

The customer support team is completely useless, they don’t give you any written commitments and the once they give are never met on time.

Would recommend not to get insured through ICICI Lombard.
