Ancient processes
No other place to give feedback…
Needed to get my battery replaced. It’s unbelievable that in this day and age, changing a phone’s battery can be so embroiled in processes! Way easier to get a passport in India than to change your Apple phone battery.
First you need to book and appt (that’s ok)… visit the store to find out that battery is out of stock! (Why can’t I be told earlier before I visited!) Why can’t I place the order for battery sitting at home!!!! Placing an order for the battery is 30-45 mins!!!
And then the cherry on the cake, battery replacement takes 2-4 hrs!!
While our govt processes have shed red tape, Apple seems to have adopted it!!
Really frustrating
Poor service.
Because there was no place to write feedback on app, I am writing it here.
Not coordinated with the customer care. Not coordinated with local store.
