Housr provides mega-coliving hubs for millennials with fully furnished service spaces and amenities curated for hassle-free living. Residents can choose to rent a single private room or a shared room (double occupancy) across Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore and visakhapatnam and become a part of the exclusive Housr community.

The Housr App is a wonderful, nifty thing. It lets you enjoy tech-enabled living at Housr. You can pay your rent, connect with other members of Housr, know what the breakfast menu is, check out the event that’s on for the day at your property. You can also look at the App to avail partnership discounts, manage your visitors, raise tickets and clear your dues.
On the Housr App, you can:
- Pay your rent
- Submit KYC
- Find updates about the Housr Community and Events.
- Manage your visitors and slot their visits.
- Explore and redeem partner discounts created and curated for Housr residents. Avail exclusive offers on Zomato, Cult.Fit, AltBalaji, Furlenco, Rapido and many others.
Raise tickets for maintenance, housekeeping and seek help if you face any issues.
- Manage your profile and your stay at Housr.

Poor Experience
There are multiple problems with the the Housr company. To name a few,
1. The application is filled with glitches and not at all User friendly.
2. On services, the promise is worryless stay for Housr tenant, however services are not up to standard. In Housr Hyderabad, where I lived. The food initially was good but quickly deteriorated, laundry service should not be talked about as it’s always provides you with dirty clothes, and room cleaning which was promised on demand does not happen even on alternate days. Rental cost is high assuming the top of class services however services are below mediocre
Horrible Service!
There are multiple problems here.
1. Their laundry vendor is pathetic. They either don’t deliever your clothes, or, if they do, they return wet clothes. If that is not the case, then the clothes are not ironed properly. Or your clothes would get stained by someone else’s clothes.
The manager does nothing even after multiple complaints.
2. The apartment is full of cockroaches.
3. The bathroom fittings don’t work properly. The shower head, the normal tap, or you just name it! And if they work, their water tank is empty!
4. They claim that they provide a fresh bedsheet and pillow covers every week, but that never happens. Everytime you ask the housekeeping to change them, his answer will be “It is not available today, we will change it tomorrow”, and the tomorrow never comes!
And then they won’t tolerate any delays in the rent payment!😏
Advance not received
I have left Housr Emilio 2 months back and still haven’t received my advance. Housr stopped responding to mails and phones. Now they are asking for rent again surprisingly. Worst experience ever. Please don’t stay in housr. Room: 301 A Housr Emilio
