Nestaway is the worst company to be honest. I have paid security deposit, instead of returning any money they are asking extra 5.5k from me. The notice period is coming as a shortfall of 14 days, but in the dashboard it is reflecting as 7 days extra! So they are charging extra money in the name of not serving notice period. They have also mailed me that they will take legal action if I fail to pay the money. Now coming to settlement charges, they are asking for unnecessary charges like extra one month charge for painting (low quality coming off easily), for cleaning (which is a basic necessity) they are deducting 2999, pest control (only 4-5 small cockroaches in the kitchen, hit spray will be enough) they are charging 1999, taps are in perfect condition they are still charging so much. Every time these fraud companies theatre us and rob money from us. I think now it is time we, the consumers need to take a stand and complain against them. Let us take legal action this time. I have found too many complaints against nestaway, I think its time to fight against this fraud company together. I have raised several complaints but no actions were taken. Better to take rented apartments by paying brokerage than relying on nestaway. Please don’t do this mistake like me. Go to google check reviews and then take decision. They are cheaters. During move in I got house in bad condition and raised ticket that house is not in good condition and I am giving the same ticket as reference becoz it is in same condition during move out but they put charges during move out and they made video during move out and put charges on me so I asked for move in video becoz to compare you must have some point of reference from which u r comparing, but now they are saying they don’t have move in video and telling me to ask previous area manager who already left their company 1 yr ago and its my responsibility to get move in video not their which is a very lame excuse to eat deposit and I am also giving ticket as reference so there they are saying I haven’t elaborate things so its my responsibility to have move in video from previous area manager and if i don’t have them then they will put reasons to put fake charges on you to eat your deposit so never ever choose NestAway they are thief and give worst service and if try to reach customer service then they wont respond back for one thing u need to struggle a lot and when u r frustrated and u think of leaving NestAway then they will put a lot of fake charges on you to eat ur deposit. In my opinion if choose them u will loose ur peace of mind and money. Nestaway employees will respond only till u book the house and once it is done please be assured that they won’t attend to any of your issues. The area manager they do not pick up the phone call. You raise a service request they do not respond to that. It almost took 4 months to get my rental agreement. For any assistance there is absolutely no assistance. They just stop picking your phone calls. I vacated my place and since then I have just been trying to get some update on the refund of security deposit. I have sent multiple emails their representatives be it area manager of zonal manager are rude and Inefficient. They says we will call back but one just keeps waiting. Even my house owner is not happy with their service. There is absolutely no promptness in providing resolution. Please be careful the company may be good but the people handling are pathetic to say the least. And it’s not just one rotten apple the whole basket is rotten. Either they are not happy working for the company and they take their frustration on tenants or they just don’t care at all once they have your money. I have call recordings and multiple email I have sent to get an update on my refund status they just keep passing the buck on someone else. Please be careful. Nobody will come to assist if there is sanitation issue or any other household issue.
