We booked a manual Ignis for a three day visit to Kerala. Right after booking online, I got a confirmation on WhatsApp with all relevant contacts. On the day of pick up, I was promptly called by their executive and the driver regarding my flight timing and location for pick up. The driver himself was very polite and friendly and explained everything I wanted to know. The experience at drop off was also top notch with the firms executive and driver calling me up well in time and explained the formalities. I got the refund of the security deposit along with a refund for the marginally more fuel that I had left in the tank. Overall, I believe this is the best Self Drive Rental as on date. Strongly recommended!

They cheat customers by not refunding the part of refundable deposit without any intimation & reply from their customer support team unless you followup with them regularly for at least 6-7 times. They don’t even give proper response to the phone calls/ mails we send. I had a worst experience with Indusgo. They charged 5k as security deposit at the time of booking which is refundable after handing over the vehicle. After handing over the vehicle, they had initiated the refund of only 2.6k security deposit by deducting 2.4k without any reason. I tried reaching out their customer care over phone & the only reply which I got is “will check & share the detail” which I did not get any time. Then I started writing emails on their customer support mail id & I got the reply only after repeated reminders. Finally after following up regularly, they had initiated the refund of balance 2.4k after quite some time Further, I had submitted the vehicle 2 days earlier than scheduled due to some medical emergency for which they had not refunded the 2 days vehicle charges & they are not even bothered to give a proper response on this. Whenever I tried to reach them on this, they send me a single line answer of refund initiated for 5k which is security deposit not the 2 days vehicle charges. They are not even bothered to read what exactly the issue in the mail is about

I didn’t like the services and the approach of the executive present during the delivery and while returning the car.
Pros :
-Most of the cars are new.
-Rates compared to other competitors looks attractive for short travel.
- Before the delivery the car is washed.
- Executive during delivery will clarify any doubts you have.

The entire takes atleast half hour, probably that’s expected.

Cons: Though the cars are washed but no cleaning is done from inside apart from mats.
Some of the cars seats are dirty, even after complaining to change the car, executives are like wait for more 1 hour.
- They should start using clean cloths after wash.
- While returning the car, if there are any Small Scratches, Executives charge around 2k to 5k plus 28% tax.
However there competitors like Zoom car and long drive car are much reasonable in terms of damage protection plan.
Though the company is claiming the damages from there insurance, it’s still put on customers with hefty penalties.
- adding to that there are rude behaviours observed with executives while returning the car, if there are small scratches, they are like even if it’s a big scratch and damage we charge the same amount and with small scratches aswell we charge the same. This is just another way of lotting money and not providing customers with protection plan.
