Room cleaning is done for name sake. They clean alternate days but you won’t see much difference. Care takers response for any of your concern is too slow or sometimes they won’t even care. You need to keep following up until they listen to you properly. Deposit refund takes 30days, which is unacceptable. That too we have to always follow them.Overall experience is average. Management should be good for the amount they charge their customers for stay.

Unable to view the complete push notification messages sent from the Isthara app because when we click on the notifications to expand them, we are directly taken to the homepage of the app. Please fix this.

Isthara collects 1 month of rent as security deposit and they don't refund it properly. Initially they say it will be refunded in 8-15 days which is already absurdly long. But after you leave, the money is not refunded on time. You have to keep on calling them, and then say it takes 30 days for money to get refunded. Really!! 30 days??About the room and maintenance:Room cleaning is not done regularly. Coffee machine is always faulty. Lift is not working.

I am having a great experience since 1.6 yrs staying isthara. Everything happens on time and if I have any issues, then MOHD SADIQ , Senior Sales Executive is just one call away to solve them. Cleaning service is also perfect. I recommend everyone to stay and enjoy. 5 star from my end.
