It is the worst app ever made. Customer support was the worst of all. They made me hold for more than 45 minutes and ended the conversation just like that. Since then I'm unable to contact customer service. When I try to contact the app closes automatically. No update from customer service via email or anything. I did reach out to their email support, and I emailed them on April 20,2025. Today's date is May 11,2025 and there is no reply yet. The app is a scam. No one helps me with my query which is fatal to my investment on KPK. I think they looted my 50k.

Can anyone support my fund is blocked in this exchange not able to buy coins and not able to withdraw also it’s just showing as available fund but when we go to buy coins the Balance is not showing to buy the coins this very worst I recommend don’t use this exchange it’s very worst no customer support also very bad useless my fund block for three day no response at all
