Economical, but not upto mark

I given two chances for cleaning. They are not able to remove the stains. The last service we had is with Zare sarees. The sweat smell itself is not removed. We see the service is economical, but at the same time, I feel the quality of service to be evaluated. I guess, quality and cost may not come together.

Whenever you raise a query, they will be at door step to resolve the issue.

Excellent in all the way

I have been following laundry mate for sometime, they are changing the game with amazing one day service, multiple options, friendly service, excellent finish, hospitality, convenience and overall ease. Tried services off late during a long stay and found it to be much much economical than using hotel services.
Overall excellent service. Very professional!!
Laundry picked up and delivered promptly.
Laundry folder and packed neatly. Very polite and friendly delivery staff, willing to listen and very eager to make it happen.

Convenient service

Love the convenience of home pick up and drop. And great to get clothes back in 24 hours. When they are unable to dryclean something, they call and check if they can change to ‘wash’ service. Wish they will add Lehenga cleaning also - they dont do that now. Havent tried any clothes with stains yet.
