I am extremely disappointed with LIVPURE and their deceptive business practices. I rented an RO from them, and they falsely claimed their machine would reduce the TDS in my society’s water to 100. Before installation, I explicitly informed their representative that our TDS levels were high, and he reassured me the RO would solve the issue. However, after installation, the TDS remained at 350!

Now, when I’m simply trying to return the RO (and not even asking for the 3-month rental refund), they’re refusing to reimburse the security deposit I paid for the machine. Instead, they’re threatening that I’m locked into a 3-month contract and won’t get my deposit back. Legally, the security is against the machine, and if I return it, they have no right to withhold the amount.

This is nothing short of blackmail and a clear attempt to deceive and exploit customers. I would highly caution anyone considering their services to stay away from LIVPURE. They don’t deliver on their promises and resort to unfair practices to hold your money hostage.

Tried continuously for 2 days to connect with the customer care to raise a complaint, mail option isn’t even working. Finally when I raised it, someone gave me a call and told that they will visit in sometime. I waited for 24 hours and when I called him back, he mentioned that he got reassigned to some other area and someone else will be calling me to look into the issue. Now I am again struggling to connect with customer care. I will stop using your services as I got no choice left.
