Livpure Service 17+

I’d like to take this opportunity and want to thanks Mr Prasad. He is very kind and professional. He had visited my apartment and instal my new RO Bolt seamlessly and within stipulated time. No delay and no hurries. Also, would like to thank you Mr. Piyush who help me in the ordering process. He ensures that his Client gets services in priority. Thanks Livpure smart.

I have been using a Livpure Glo model. I purchased an amc last year. While selling the amc they came up with all sweet words promising the best service in the universe. I registered a service request which seems to be opened since eternity. I have not been contacted by anyone, no technician or service personnel seem to be available, that too not in a remote location but in a place like the NCR. Upon calling the customer service I am being told the same thing everyday that they apologise for the delay, my service request has been put on priority and even share numbers of area co ordinators and technicians. But no one calls me in the end. Upon calling the numbers that are provided, nobody really picks up the call. The same story repeats everyday I call customer service. I think Livpure deliberately wants my amc to lapse. This is outrageously pathetic service. I would never recommend anyone to use Livpure Service……

They have worst network and service across India, they don’t understand the pain of their customers they send the technicians when ever they want but not when customer is facing issues with water purifier. It’s been almost 10 days I opened a ticket with them till now no update on the same, when ever I contact their customer care, they just say we will sort out the issue by today evening and disconnect the call. Their customer care people are very rude and they shout at their customers. Not even listen what problems their customers are facing, pathetic service and pathetic products. Sachin should think on why he had chosen such a bad brand for promotions. Really disgusting and disappointing products and service from Livpure
