Anyone reading this comment please make sure if you are looking for new broadband connection in Virar/Vasai region never ever chose DNA. This is the worst possible provider with monopoly in this region. Pathetic services & uptime. Most of the time services are down only & whenever you try to reach them on call you will have to wait for minimum 1 hour on call & after connecting they simply says that due to so n so reason services are down. They never provide you with ETR as well n restores line as per their convenience. Worst possible customer service. Worst possible uptime. Don’t go for it... Honest Review.. save your bucks & utilise for other purposes...

1. The customer care number is not at all reachable, you need to take out at-least hour to contact them. There is que of approximately 30-35 people on customer care number.
2. They say like Login complaint is too easy. But what customers want is solution, if you raised complaint you will get message tomorrow that your complaint has been closed.
3. To get Invoice copy of your payment you need to follow up for at-least 15days.
4. Frequent disconnection is also major problem.
