Service is really bad, I’m trying to get my deposit refund since last 2 months….I have send more than 20 emails but I’m getting same reply on each email that your refund is processing….Customer is so good that the don’t know anything…why they are sitting there I don’t know……still I haven’t received my refund and nobody is replying since 20 days…they don’t even care for their customers….I don’t recommend DNA broadband service for Pune Mumbai anywhere.

Data rates fluctuate a lot. Can’t get through even a single zoom call without getting disconnected. The app is terrible too. Can never renew successfully through the app. Payment goes through but the app continues to show processing status. And then you have to call up the call center each time to get your connection resumed. They are surviving only because there is no competition.

Most of the time the service is down. That too on weekends when I am at home. And to register a complain you need to open their app which again needs internet. But if the dna net only is down then how does one register a complain? Chutiyapaa app and provider. Waiting to end my 6 months disaster with them.
