So far excellent experience in kochi. Best product selection in town I believe. Delivery was on time and perfectly packed. Wondering all the products at hyper market is available online or not?
Navigation in app is better than all other ones in India I think but still it is bit hard to find the right product when I compare to Walmart, Costco or superstore online delivery app.

When I add items to the cart and then clicking on the cart, it became empty! I am facing this issue intermittently and that too from the day one after I started using this app few years ago. I have reported this multiple times to the customer care when they ask for the feedback. They simply acknowledge it and never work on this issue. Other issue is that app will allow you to add products that is ‘out of stock’ into the cart and while processing the payment, it will notify that ‘you can’t proceed as one of the item is not available’ however it won’t show the item as such. Hence if you have 20 items in the cart you need to remove them one by one and see which is not in stock. What a pathetic user experience!

I am so far quite happy in using this app. It gives easy search results for a hyper market of it’s kind for the first time in Trivandrum . It has clearly categorised various section for easy reach of products. I have obtained all products so far order placed for through the app. Thanks!
