Mail App not working properly some mails are not showing in inbox
I have configured my yahoo (Biz mail turbify company)email account in Mail application. But all mail not synchronised correctly. The issue is in inbox today’s only 3-4 emails are showing but actually more then 3-4 emails are received. And when I am searching emails via search box it’s showing in search window under all mailbox.
when I will going to search by any keyword then Emails are showing only. Please resolve my issue.
Not very user friendly on Mac. Sending Attachments and images aren’t compatible from Mail to Outlook
While sending attachments like pdf files, excel files or word files using Mail on Mac the emails sent are not proper. Below are the drawbacks 1) Email signature not being displayed properly. 2) Emails sent especially with attachments do not appear properly to the receiver. The receiver receives the email without signature & the trailing emails of that email communication are not displayed. 3) Attachments are shown along with many other untitled links. This happens especially when email is sent from Mail app on Mac to a user using windows. Tried ticking the box in settings “Send Windows Friendly Attachments” but that had no effect on the emails. Please check the same and solve. Otherwise it’s a good app running well on iPhone and iPad.
It’s the same with images if there on an email.
Overall the app is great but need some features to make it better
The overall experience in the app is great. I’ve been using this app for nearly an year and it handles the mail from different accounts very well, except Gmail. Mails in Gmail account loads up especially slow. But please fix the below mentioned items -
1. Mails are not automatically fitted to screen, so for most of the mails I have to pinch out to zoom the mails to fit the whole screen width.
2. There should be a separate attachment block that shows all the Attachments for individual mail (like Outlook). That’d make the mails more readable.
3. Please opimize the fetch procedure for Gmail, so that it can be at least as fast as Gmail app.
