Awesome Service & App
The best part about this service is that it’s eco friendly and sustainable. The service is great as it’s affordable to us. It has minimal waiting period and zero cancellation policy which makes it super convenient for us to travel. The app interface is good and easy to use. My experience with MetroRide India has been great overall.
Very annoying and time consuming
First of all the app takes a lot of time to open and load and then even to book the auto it takes so much time. On top of that the drivers take almost upto 20 minutes to reach the location. And the drivers don’t even drop you till the metro station. Yet the prices have hiked now for no reason. Please work on the app’s UI/UX and also please find a solution to make the customer experience better. We are also charged for cancelling the ride when the driver doesn’t show up on time. If there was an option, I wouldn’t even give it a one star rating.
Convenient and cost effective
service is very good with a lesser waiting time and more affordable price. Also there is no cancellation charge like other apps ,which are added in your next ride by them in your next ride. This is environmental friendly and sustainable
