Frequent Disconnections
1) Link is down pretty regularly
2) Frequent disconnection so can’t depend on it in case of important corporate video meetings
3) Poor App, doesn’t work sometimes and customer support doesn’t work at night…no one picks up the call for hours
Need to improve on customer service and customer satisfaction in order to be in the reckoning of a good broadband service provider.
Wonderful
Best app in terms of interface and issue resolution, the app has been built in such way, that an user when raises an complaint, the app detects the connectivity if some issue like link down automatically raises an issue and the engineer is assigned to fix the problem. Happy with spectra , way ahead of other service providers in terms of speed and addressing the users problems.
