Able to register complain.
A lot of features don’t work in the app but I was able to create a mon hole cover complaint. I would like to thank NDMC team for fixing the manhole cover the very next day as per my request from the app.
Ridiculous app and services
This app is as waste as their current waste management team. From last few years their services has become disaster. Have been trying to raise concern in regards to garbage vehicle not coming on daily basis. Just realised that how free services should looks like to a common people. If you don’t have funds to run the show then please privatise it
They never call
The always wrote a comment on complaint that we have tried calling you but the number was unreachable but I have never received any call or missed call notification
