Description
VIDA is a digitally native brand focused on developing sustainable mobility vehicles. VIDA Companion App enables an entire journey of a consumer from discovery to ownership and beyond. It is designed to connect the vehicle functionalities that can be seamlessly actioned remotely with the app. A consumer can now schedule and charge their vehicle at their nearest charging station, plan their commute and navigation in advance, demand a service experience at-home, on-road or at a service station. One can customize their ride as per their terrain or mood. The app also notifies theft or accident alert to the emergency contacts.

Major Issues
1. The App logs out most of the times, and we need to again sign in by OTP and creating pin.
2. The WiFi connection happens with error. Even after connecting properly, the WiFi disconnects and no proper info is shown on the scooter screen.
3. Due to point no. 2 issue, navigation feature cannot be used.
Vida…powered by “Hero”…and Hero considering a good company is really pathetic in terms of app development. They should really update the app for apple users to clear the above issues.
Need further improvement
After recent update repeated log out issue has been resolved. But wifi connectivity issue still not resolved. Every time i have to manually connect to the scooter wifi network by entering the password. It should be automatically connected after first set up. Kindly resolve this issue immediately.
Connectivity & Vehicle UI glitches
1.First of all wifi does not work with Mobile and the vehicle
2.Vehicle UI glitches as limp mode with all 4lights On blinking but battery percentage will 70 and above
3. Every-time it needs to restarted twice to resort point 2 issue
Because of the first point none of the smart features can be used, app developers needs to deeply involve and work on both software for the vehicle and for mobile UI.
