You may connect with Hero using this app and perform various operations like: Find Your Vehicle: You may search your two-wheeler based on your registered mobile no. or VIN (vehicle identification number) or vehicle registration number. Vehicle Details: Various information of your two-wheeler like registration number, last service date, next service date, last service advice, goodlife details. Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location. Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request. Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications. Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. You may select the two-wheeler for which you wish to check the schedule and plan your maintenance. You may select a dealer and use his contact details to directly connect with him. App provides basic things needs on day to day. But in today’s competitive world it needs to improve at par. 1. Connectivity needs to seamless as it not connect auto many times. 2. Fuel indicator not work correctly, I have data I can prove that. 3. Call function needs to be seamless as no name get sync when call comes & still shows unknown number. Which needs to be improved. 4. Map needs improvement & it won’t reroute most of the time like google maps 😌. 5. As bike is premium needs the feature too. So please work on it & provide some goodies 🙏.

App is getting crashed while using navigation feature

I recently updated to iOS 18, and unfortunately, the app has become almost unusable due to a persistent crashing issue. Specifically, the navigation feature is causing the app to crash every time I try to use it. This issue seems to have arisen only after the update to iOS 18, so I suspect that the new iOS version may have introduced some compatibility issues with the app.Whenever I attempt to use the navigation function, the app freezes for a few seconds before unexpectedly closing. It doesn’t matter whether I’m entering a destination manually or selecting a previously saved location—each time, the app crashes. I've tried restarting the app, reinstalling it, and even rebooting my device, but the problem persists.This issue is incredibly frustrating, especially since the navigation feature is essential for my day-to-day tasks. Given how important this feature is to the app’s overall functionality, it’s disappointing to encounter such a major bug.

Overall app is smooth. But Maps shows route for cars and we cannot change it need options like select bike or car route. Map connectivity unreliable every time I have issue getting map displayed on bike. It would be better if it just supported google maps rather. Hope they fix it soon as the only area that needs alot more polishing as its completely unusable right now
