Good initiative with scope of improvement
I rented 3 bicycles and it was fun roaming around but faced issues while unlocking the cycle due poor network connectivity. Hope something is device to unlock using Bluetooth or number key… I literally had to carry the bicycle till I got network.
Will advice users to carry a personal lock 😁
Great concept - things have improved
The cycles are not maintained well, biggest trouble is that it doesn't get locked or unlocked properly when you want and the app keeps charging you - they keep the security deposit and reduce the amount due to their app not working - no option in the app to raise a complaint - if you raise an issue related to the cycle , becomes more difficult to end the ride! I wish this becomes better! Above issues have improved
This is now going worst
I am MyByk user since when Mybyk where charging 1₹ per Hour, but now after increasing price there user experience and no. of cycles have decreased. I am Ok with the current price but there are so many problems and glitches in the application, It is showing 1 cycle is near you and when I reach over there, there is no cycle but still application is showing. And now a days Mybyk cycles also have so many problems, they have problems with the brackes, chains, oiling and everything.
