Service & support

You will never get an emergency support from Ola once you raised the ticket it will take 3-4 days just to process your ticket there is no use of Ola care+ for pickup services they’ll take minimum a week
Pathetic experience of mine last time I had a breakdown of my scooter I raised minimum 4-5 tickets but no response was there from there side I had to go to the service station and inform them that my scooter is non drivable please arrange a pick up after that they arranged in 3-4 days. My scooter took 25 days to resolve the problem and now same problem has occurred but still no response I have been calling the service station but they are too busy to pick up the call.
Scooter is excellent but service and support is pathetic for sure.

The worst service and support you will encounter

My Ola started having issues a month ago. It would stop by itself and say that there is a scooter error and go into park mode. I raised a ticket and since I have ola care package I thought the technician would come home to fix the issue. Boy was i in for a rude awakening! After a week they closed the ticket and the status showed “issue unresolved”. Wonder how they closed the ticket without resolving it! I raised a ticket again and waited a week again. I called multiple times and followed up on countless occasions. After a month i went to the showroom to raise my concern. These showroom people are smart. They dont have a dedicated phone number and everything is routed to an automated service in Bangalore. How convenient! And they confirmed this without an inch of shame! The story doesnt end there either. When i confronted them, they said all services are done elsewhere and tickets are also assigned to another service center. 0 accountability these idiots have! When i went to this other service center i could see people waiting in line to get their issue sorted. I raised my concern there, made a service person come with me and then they cleared the issue. No matter what, please do not buy Ola. Use their cab service instead. It has issues but wont take this long for anything to get sorted!

It’s sad that I can’t give the Ola service less then one star

Worst service ever experienced at Ola care centre haridwar.. today the scooter didn’t start.. then my wife called the person at Ola .. firstly he responded at tell her what to do to restart the scooter by pushing two buttons together.. but it did not work.. then the person stopped responding .. then she called me .. I tried to contest the other person at Ola named Aman . But he did not respond.. then I have to go to the Ola centre and told them to come with me to start the scooter which was just three kilometres away from there, but he said no to me at first , on requesting he told me he would go after paying him visiting charges , I said ok I will give you just come with me . Then he said don’t have time today he will come tomorrow..
then I said the scooter is not in my home it is on road standing .. he did not agree at last..
he told me I have to do the scooter by myself by opening boot through other ways , then I tried and it took one hour to open it and unplug the fuse and then plug it.. and luckily it started working .. but now I have no hope in customer care centre .. I have four other ev scooter since 3 years .. but I have never experienced such behaviour by any customer care.. I hate Ola for that..
